BOOKING DEPOSIT

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS AND NEW CLIENTS TO SECURE THE APPOINTMENT.

If you booking multiple appointments, you will only be required to pay a booking deposit for your next upcoming appointment. Booking deposits are non-refundable but can be credited to your account for any future bookings or purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE CANCELLATION

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service or the loss of the 50% booking deposit.

Any changes or rescheduling made prior to 24 hours in advance will result in your booking deposit being credited to your account for future bookings or purchases.

NO SHOWS

Failing to attend an appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service or the loss of the 50% booking deposit.

GIFT CERTIFICATES 

Our Gift Certificates can be used towards services or products. Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expired Gift Certificates may be redeemed under certain circumstances but will be up to our discretion. Gift Certificates can be purchased in salon or via our web store. Failing to attend an appointment or cancelling within 24 hours using a gift certificate will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service and will be deducted from the gift certificate.

SALON ETIQUETTE

We pride ourselves on giving our clients a quality and professional service in a relaxed environment. For the comfort and respect of others, we ask that you please come to your appointments alone and ask that you turn off your personal devices upon arrival.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment time has been booked exclusively for you and we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, a phone call would be much appreciated. Arriving late may result in your treatment being shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients but as always we will try our best to accommodate you.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

When making your booking, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or prescribed medications that might affect your experience. If you are unsure, please discuss with our reception staff at the time of booking.

PREGNANCY

If you are pregnant, please advise our staff at the time of booking. Please note, some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women.
