GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are a lovely way to spoil someone you love and care about. To organise a Gift Certificate please phone or email us with the details. Your beautifully wrapped Gift certificate can be posted out within Perth or collected in store.

Our vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be used towards treatments or products. Failure to attend appointments booked with a gift certificate will result in the gift certificate being forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You will receive an SMS on your mobile device to confirm your appointment approximately 24 hours’ prior to your booking. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice otherwise 100% of the treatment cost may be charged. Please contact the salon should you need to change or reschedule your treatment.

SALON ETIQUETTE
We ask that all NEW clients please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may regrettably result in a reduced treatment time as we must finish at the scheduled time. As a sign of respect to all clients, we ask that you turn off your personal devices on arrival.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
When making your booking, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or prescribed medications that might affect your experience. If you are unsure, please discuss with our reception staff at the time of booking.

PREGNANCY
If you are pregnant, please advise our staff at the time of booking. Please note, some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women.
